This started as an attempt to find out all the nicknames Dick used for Tim in the comics. It's morphed into a giant, growing list of every interaction the Batkids have with each other and with their friends. As a result, it's no where near finished and very little has been checked for accuracy (these are comics that the characters are both in, I have yet to see if they speak. Edit: have now checked Tim+Jason interactions. Working on Dick+Cass) Still, if you want to see more of a certain relationship, this might give you a place to start. (Dick+Tim, who started it all, will be at the end because they are an ugly mess I'm not fixing right now. And they interact A LOT.) Also, this time I'm including my notes on what people call each other, partially because it shows which issues I've read, partially because I think it's interesting.
